I'm listening to my Hannah Montana/Jonas Brothers playlist. its called "I'm 5"

Today I played rockband a lot. I think vocals are my fav. I stink at drums. 

i need to play the real drums soon.

Hi - yesterday was a story day. 

I started talking to this boy in the morning, his name is Fin. I learned he is here on his student visa. He has no money and is living in a sleeping bag (but he didnt look homeless or anything. i hope he didnt make all this up). He begged for money to buy a ticket to warped to see angels and airwaves, his favorite band. He rode a skateboard to the show - 3 hours. he found it on the street a few days ago. He got here by a map. 

I told him to sell his ticket so he could have some money, then gave him a wristband and got him into the show for free. Then I took him over to the Angels and Airwaves merch tent and told the merch boys the story. They held his board for him (which was broken, and one of them had a skate guy fix it for Fin), and got him a pass to their signing. 

Then I left Fin to do some work. I found him later

 sitting alone, so I hung out with him for a while. We went to the signing, and he had the band sign his passport! I told the guys in the band his story and they were so impressed. They loved him. Fin told me his legs were shaking. 

The crew guys told me to bring Fin backstage before the set and they'd put him on the stage. I did. 

He gave me russian money as a gift.

I'm out of bum out mode, yeahhhh!

We are on day 2 of a 12 day stretch. insaneeee. We're going through the floridas. yuck.

We went to new orleans on one of our days off. so good. 

i tried to post pics but they took forever. so i didnt. facebook kids. 

I met tom delonge today.

Today I borrowed lycias bike to go to 7-11 to get teddy grahams. I came back and her and erica were sitting with tom delonge and 2 or 3 other dudes. After gathering up all my guts, I walked over and offered lycia teddy grahams, then got invited to sit down. Tom was in a white tshirt and long shorts, it was a refreshing outfit. I got introduced to him and a few minutes into the convo he started speaking about oingo boingo, so I told him the only song of theirs I have is turning japanese, then asked him if they wrote it or if it was a cover. Then he was trying to figure it out and I left the group and said goodnight, came back to my bus and FREAKED out. Amazing.

day off

today im in gallup, new mexico. there is nothing here. lame. day off tour. 

i've been super bummed lately. I need a job after tour, i think im just stressing. 

yeah.

i fly away to cali tomorrow for 2 months on warped.

redecorating

my parents are in italy. My brother decided to redecorate the mantel with his award certificates. I later added my graduation pictures. The rest of the room is filled with really nice, framed paintings and other works of art and antiques. My face is a work of art.
