it's not christmas

I got very little sleep last night due to hawaii jet lag. i knew it would be a messy day. I walk into my office and the front desk is decorated with garland, a wreath, and christmas lights!!!! its the hottest day of the year!

supposedly it's something to do with the rockettes. weird. and uncalled for.

then i tripped really hard.

hopefully i'll have a sweet apartment in 2 weeks. i'll find out later this week. it would be awesome.

i'm a terrible updater these days. I'll get back in the swing of things.

jason mraz is great

I saw Jason Mraz tonight at PNC Bank Arts Center in Jersey with Marisa's buddy Julia. K'Naan opened, so I FINALLY got to see him, and he was fantastic! G Love and Special Sauce are not my cup of tea...and then came Jason Mraz, who was freaking fantastic. His voice is so great, and he's such an entertainer. I'm so so glad I went. Here's a vid from Boston, no decent NJ ones were up, but its of "I'm Yours." I loved this rendition of it. I also loved "Beautiful Mess"



while at the show I got extremely surprising and exciting news that one of my friends is engaged and having a baby! holy cow!!!
congrats bud!

today i set out to buy a bathing suit bottom and came home with these instead:

Travel goodies! Neck pillow guy and travel blankie (now Naomi and I will always feel like we have a travel companion bc we bought the same blanket! ....this must be what i look like when i sleep. I need it for my 16 hour getting to hawaii adventure next weekend.
